Ready for a better work-life balance?

If you’re an RRT in Calgary feeling burnt out by hospital schedules, rotating shifts, or constant pressure — this role is a chance to move into a stable, patient-focused clinic environment where you’re supported, trained, and genuinely valued.

At Snore MD, we help people treat sleep apnea and change their lives through better sleep — and we do it with a team culture built on compassion, connection, and long-term growth.

What you’ll get at Snore MD

  • Daytime hours only (no shifts, no nights, no holidays)
  • Competitive pay: $39–$44/hr + monthly bonuses up to $5.50/hr
  • Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, RRSP matching)
  • Structured onboarding + strong training support
  • A stable role with long-term growth opportunities

About the Role:

As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll guide patients through their sleep therapy journey from start to success:

What You’ll Do (Day to Day):

  • Empower Better Sleep: Set up and explain home sleep tests to patients in a clear, approachable way.
  • Review Results Together: Walk patients through their sleep study results and next steps
  • Start the Journey: Initiate and guide patients through CPAP or BiPAP therapy
  • Support Every Step: Monitor progress, offer encouragement, and make therapy adjustments
  • Educate & Motivate: Help patients build confidence and consistency with their equipment
  • Collaborate with Care Teams: Work closely with physicians and internal teams for a seamless care experience

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, kind, and patient-focused — someone who enjoys coaching and education, not just clinical tasks.

You have:

  • A current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (or RPSGT / CPSGT)
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach
  • Comfort using computers and learning new systems
  • A proactive, team-first mindset
  • Saturdays required (you’ll always get Sunday + one weekday off)
  • Eligibility to work in Canada

If you want a role that feels meaningful …

…and you want a career where you can actually connect with patients and see the impact of your work — we’d love to meet you.
